Dedicated and highly available account managers: Each client is assigned to at least two dedicated, highly available client service representatives. This insures that you will always be able to reach someone who is familiar with your files and who can communicate with the appraiser quickly and efficiently on your behalf.

National Conventional, FHA, and USDA appraisal coverage: We provide all traditional Fannie Mae form residential appraisal products required for Conventional, FHA, and USDA mortgage lending in all areas of all 50 states.

Appraiser Independence Requirements and Truth in Lending Act Compliant: All appraisal assignments are completed in compliance with the Appraiser Independence Requirements and Truth in Lending Act Compliant. Additionally, each appraisal report includes a certification showing compliance with the Appraiser Independence Requirements and the Truth in Lending Act, Regulation Z, Section 226.42.

Aggressive turnaround times: Typical turn times are 24 to 48 hours after inspection. We can handle rush and special circumstance orders as well, often at no additional charge. Our appraisal volume allows our appraisers to assign a high priority to your orders.

Customizable Appraisal Management Solutions: Our appraisal management process is fully customizable to meet the specific needs of your business. We have access to most major lender's approval lists and can check to ensure that the appropriate appraiser on our panel is chosen to meet your lender's guidelines. We can also customize requests sent to the appraisers to assure that the specific needs of your underwriters are met on a consistent basis.
